Managed projects for many airports and State Department of Transportation including Orlando International, NY D.O.T., NJ D.O.T., CT D.O.T., FL D.O.T., GA D.O.T.

Mr. Gilliam spent more than 20 years working for the U.S. government, in facilities maintenance. Mr. Gilliam joined PCS in 2000 and has 15 years of experience in the pavement maintenance and repair industry. Mr. Gilliam has vast experience in supervising multiple jobs while maintaining a standing relationship with our customers. Mr. Gilliam's ability to multi-task and balance schedule requirements makes him a valuable asset.

Mr. Cox has 30 years of experience with fast tract joint sealing projects. He has green sawed tens of millions of linear feet of concrete joints and newly paved concrete. Mr. Cox has successfully completed 100s of projects with extreme discipline in multiple facets of the concrete rehabilitation industry and is a key member of our team.
John Keffer
Superintendent
Mr. Keffer has 30 years in the concrete sawing and sealing industry, he has successfully completed projects for many state D.O.T.'s and major airports. Mr. Keffer has the necessary experience to complete jobs on-time and consistently exceeds the client's expectation.
